Welcome to JAYDEEP FABRICS. We value our customers and aim to provide premium-quality fabrics and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect in the fabric
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and invoice must be available
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Cut fabrics
- Customized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Products damaged after use
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, store credit may be provided
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
Subject to stock availability.
